Dr. Patrick Sanchez
Owner/Veterinarian
Dr. Patrick Sanchez was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. He received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from New Mexico State University. In 2014 he obtained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University. Dr. Sanchez has been practicing veterinary medicine in the state of New Mexico in and around the Albuquerque area since 2014. He is happy to be back in Los Lunas and looks forward to serving his clients and patients in the growing communities of Valencia County. Aside from veterinary medicine. Dr. Sanchez enjoys spending quality time with his two children Jolene, Patrick James, and his wife Jessica along with their three dogs, Beta, Butter Biscuits and Rosebud.
Dr. Tess Langham
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Tess received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1987 from the prestigious Tufts University near Boston, Massachusetts. Her compassion and devotion for animal welfare brought her back to her home state, where she provided care to the underserved community of Gallup, New Mexico. She joined our team in 2021 shortly after moving to Los Lunas, and has quickly become beloved by our clients.
Dr. Deanna Post
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Post is excited to be part of our team and be back in Valencia County providing veterinary care to the community. She graduated from Kansas State University. Over the years, she has owned two veterinary hospitals, worked in high volume spay/neuter clinics, provided relief work, and worked as an associate DVM in small animal clinics in New Mexico. The reason she became a veterinarian was to help people take care of their pets and help their pets live a long healthy life. She and her husband share their home with two Hounds and a lil orange kitty. She has an adorable donkey named Ole who lives amongst her beautiful American Saddlebreds.
Susan Sanchez, CVPM
Practice Manager
Susan is a native to Albuquerque, New Mexico and has always had an assortment of pets, both large and small. She began her career in the veterinary field working at a mixed animal practice in Albuquerque’s South Valley as a veterinary technician and CSR for 11 years and worked at an exclusive small animal practice in Albuquerque for 23 years. Susan has held multiple positions between the two practices and is honored to now work with her son, Dr. Sanchez. She is a member of the Veterinary Hospital Manager’s Association and the Albuquerque Veterinary Manager’s Group. Susan is a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM).
Anna
Technician Supervisor
Anna has been working in the veterinary field caring for pets since 2004. She started in shelter medicine and has since worked in private practice, corporate, specialty surgery, emergency/ICU and rehabilitation . She is passionate about advocating for pets wellbeing and patient care. Anna enjoys working with all species including exotics. When not at work, she is at home enjoying life with her three boys. She and her boys share their home with two dogs, Eileen and Dexter, two cats, Skadi and Gator, two axolotls and an iguana named Raptor.
Suzanne
Registered Veterinary Technician
Suzanne is originally from Ohio, but has called New Mexico home for many years. Her interest in veterinary medicine started at the age of 14, while volunteering at a small animal clinic. She has since graduated as a Registered Veterinary Technician as well as obtained a Bachelor Degree in Business and worked as Veterinary Histology Technician. She is married with 2 children and 1 grandson. She and her husband share their home with 2 chocolate labs and have over the years rescued a cow, multiple dogs, cats, and chickens.
Adam
Veterinary Technician
Adam is happy to be living and working in his home town community. He has been caring for pets at Animal Hospital of Los Lunas for over 12 years. He is married, has a daughter and a new baby boy on the way. He and his family share their home with 4 dogs, 3 rabbits, two turtles, several fish and a crap load of earthworms.
Beth
Veterinary Technician
Beth is a seasoned Vet Tech with over 16 years of expiernce, starting out in a small locally owned emergency practice. In addition to providing care to our patients, she takes great pride in volunteering with Helping Paws Across Borders (HPAB), a field mash clinic that does free spay and neuters on animals in rural and tribal communities in New Mexico and abroad. On a personal note, Beth enjoys spending time with her family, her husband, and raising their two beautiful kids. She also has two dogs at home, one of which she adopted while volunteering with HPAB. She also really enjoys time gardening and enjoying her backyard.
Briana
Lead CSR
Before joining our team, Briana was unsure of her career path. Once she started, she soon realized working in a Veterinary hospital was her calling. She enjoys advocating for patients and helping clients/pet parents in any way she can. She takes pride in ensuring the smooth running of our front desk. In her free time, you will find her at the gym or spending time with her 6 dogs and 3 cats.
